I cannot access my virgin media or get help
i do not know user name or passwords
the help section asks security questions I have forgotten the answers to I’m 74
they also ask fo my acc no and area code As I do not get any written or email billing I do not have these the only notification I get is on bank statement ,,, no ref no’s
how do I resolve this
