Keep getting the oops message when trying to access my profile

Trying to add and update my email addresses in the web app. Keep getting the oops message.

Been on chat over a dozen times, and nobody can sort this.

Thanks for chatting with me over PM.

The time it takes to resolve an IT ticket can depend on a variety of things - I think our IT Team are quite busy at the moment and are having a few issues accessing the system where they need to make changes to resolve your issue. I do appreciate your frustration and it's sad to hear you're thinking of leaving because of this.
