How do I use the app to measure my internet speed?

Thanks for using the forums to ask this question about how to test your speeds.

You can pop onto here - Test Your Speed - to do a speed test on your WIFI or Ethernet connection. 

Do you believe you're currently having issues with your Speed and that's why you want to check?

Hi Megan, At times I think the internet is in reverse it's so slow, and at others it's fine. I just want to be able to make sure I'm getting what Virgin assured me I'll get.

Have you had chance to do the speed test? Please do this with a hard wired device.
