I cannot access virgin app

When I try to access the virgin app it doesn’t recognise my email or password. If I then try to reset password, it does not recognise my email address either. Feel I just keep going round in circles. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you aren't able to log into your online app due to the Email not being recognised, when you set up your online account did you get a verification Email?
