I have been unable to sign up for My Virgin Media for months now. I have tried on both internet browsers (Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome) and the details are 100% correct.
I reach the very first page where it asks for the last name of the account holder, the account number, and the area code, as well as a check box to confirm that I'm not a robot. The page either refreshes or directs me to a new page saying its not working. This has happened dozens (hundreds?) of times over the last few months. I am now determined to get this sorted.
