Email / account problems

Hi there.

For a few years now, I have been trying unsuccessfully to link my current Hotmail email address to my Virgin Media account, as it is still linked to my long redundant ntlworld.com email account (which I have no access to).

It causes quite a few problems, as I am unable to access any messages sent by Virgin.

Can anyone please help?

I don't quite understand what you mean by linking the hotmail address to your Virgin Media account - do you mean as a contact email or to log in to your online account with?

Thanks for responding. I mean both of those.  My VM account log-in is my old (NTL) email address, and new messages (I presume) get sent to that address.  And they ask for that email account name if I ring up VM.

Hi @charlie-chalk

 

If you reset your email login (if you can't access the email you want on the account) and try and open the verification email through a different browser. Are you able to get in?

If I click on the link you send, I get the message:

Sorry, we can't confirm your username

If I try to access My Virgin Media, I get the following message:

Oops, something's broken

We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.
