I have been trying to log into my virgin media but it's not letting me .
I've reset password and clicked on forgotten password and reset everything , but when I try to log in it says username or password is wrong .
Tried logging in on different devices , with Wi-Fi and mobile data but doesn't make any difference .

I'm sorry to hear you were having an issue logging into My Virgin Media.
It looks as though there were a few people having the same issue around the date you posted which leads me to believe there was a known fault.
Since posting have you had more luck?
If not, clear the cache, cookies and browsing data and then try again. If that doesn't work then speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can manually reset your password for you.
