Cant see my new account after moved out

Moved house, given new account number but when I'm logging in my virgin page I can see only my old account. My old account was assigned to the same email as new one. So I can't create new account in my virgin media page.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues setting up your online account for your new address. 

It sounds like the login details will need to be transferred over in order for you to be able to use them on your new account, we can help with this.
