I've been trying to register for My Virgin Media since I first ordered my broadband service. Each time I try to enter my details I get an error telling me my information is incorrect. I thought maybe it was because my service hadn't been activated yet, but my connection went live today, and I still can't register. I'm copy and pasting directly from a Virgin email, so I know the info is correct. The account number is 9 digits and I've tried alternative spellings of my surname. I see other threads about this on the forum so it's clearly a known issue. How do I get this sorted?
