If i sign in on the app or online, i cannot see my bill. It says I do not have access, only the account holder does. I am the account holder!
There seems to be another email address linked to my account somewhere that i cannot find to change. I have recently changed my name and email address and it seems to have caused a problem somewhere. Can someone please help as im not getting very far on the phone or with online help.
