Cannot sign in to my virgin media, cannot set username

I have not received an email to set my username, I try to resend confirmation email and nothing comes through. This means I cannot sign in to my virgin media or into the connect app.

Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear you're having log in/sign up issues. 
When you select forgotten my username, do you not receive an email to reset this, or are you still waiting on your account information to set up a new account? 
You can find information to set up a new online account on your contract, all you need is your Account number, Area code and Surname so set up an account.

There is no option to select forgot username. I havent recieved an email to ever set my username
