Can anyone help, I’ve been trying to set up the my virgin media app for over a week and it keeps telling me I can’t use the password. I’ve tried every different type of password and am getting fed up with it

Unfortunately there is no answer for your question. I have same problem. Already 2 weeks trying different passwords, different devices, different browsers.....
They having this issue for a months and cannot fix it.
