We had virgin broadband and TV installed on Monday. Installation was great but since then we have been unable to create an account on my virgin media because it constantly says "you can't use that password. Please choose another" I have tried what feels like 100 different password combinations, and despite always saying "password meets requirements" it comes up with the same error. I contacted your support today, was put through to whatsapp - they were useless, and just told me to try again, and then try again tomorrow. Have come on here and seen that it's a common issue for others, so please can you help me resolve this problem so I can actually register an account and access my information, services etc. Especially as I am having wifi connection issues today. Thank you
