I am trying to create an account after my install today but no passwords I try will be accepted. I have read many other answers where the same is happening to others and tried everything they have suggested. I tried all different combinations (All rated strong), I have tried different browsers, clearing history and cache, I have tried the app also. I have never had an account with virgin before also.
I need this sorting very quickly or I will be looking to cancel my contract. Not a good start for

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the online account creation issue. Can you make sure the criteria is met when setting up the password;
If so, can you clear all browsing history, do the cache/cookies again and also clear any auto-fill passwords (worked for me) and try it again? Best,
