You're not the only one. I had the same problem.
Got the 'Oops. Cannot view bill unless signed in' message. But we're already signed in - right? Very frustrating! However it appears to be an issue which only affects certain browsers. In my case Firefox. I tried using MS Edge and signed in and got to my bill details. Interestingly the sign-in was more stingent including a check for robots. This is obviously wrong as the app should work adequately with all well-known browsers. But this solution should get you around it for the time being.
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
