Hi, I have downloaded the app and registered with Virgin Media but when I try and link my account I keep getting a message "Something went wrong please try again later". I have got the same message in web browsers as well as the app.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, are you able to confirm via image the error you are getting, can you also confirm you fully registered with the verification email that gets sent out?
