Can’t use that password

I am trying to create an account on the app and continually get the message “ can’t use that password please choose another “ 

please can you help I have tried about 20 passwords now and can’t get past this, very frustrating.

Sorry to hear about this, just to double check - are you using a password between 8-10 characters?

Yes all the criteria are met for the password it just gives the message try another password

Hi, yes I’ve tried using iPhone app and Google chrome on laptop
