Hi,
My service was installed about 2 weeks ago but I still can't sign up for a virgin media account. I get an error saying I can't use any password I try, and it tells me to choose another, but nothing works.
I have tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, other devices, clearing cache/history/cookies, in the app, not in the app, but nothing works.
Please can you help?
