Hi, I had to move property a few weeks ago and had to cancel my Virgin account as I did not know where I was going. I’ve now sorted out a place to live and have started a new account but when I try to sign in on the Virgin app it keeps signing in to my old account which is now closed. Can my email address be de-linked from the old account and attached to the new one so I can see my bills/settings etc thanks
