Can't sign in to my Virgin media app

Hi 

Can't sign in or create a log in on my Virgin media app, was with virgin years ago and used same emailed when I joined back up last week, when I use the email address to set up account it comes up( sorry that you have left us and account is disabled)

Hi andre2057,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and back to Virgin Media, sorry for any hassle not being able to set up an online account with the Email address you registered with and have used before.

When you re-join us the account number will change and you will need to use a different Email for initial set up, once set up you can you into the settings and use the Email you wish to use.
