I have had my email with a link to reigister my online account with my account number site code and last name,
I do all this and it takes me back to start with you need to try again in 2-3 days after getting your 1st email.
I install virgin for a living and have helped a number of people set this up, but why can’t mine work.
I was told on the phone that I need to try in 24hrs, so I did. I was then told that I would get a call between 2-3 days from IT to sort it out. I was told that on the 24th
all I want to do is register.
I have the same problem, it tells me the same thing. I have a problem for weeks. If I can get the help it would be great!!
