I can't register for myvirginmedia as I used to have an account which coffee after I ended my broadband contract. Now I've signed up again, my email address and postcode are locked to the closed account it seems. I phoned customer services who said they'd transferred the details and I'd be able to register after 24hrs, but nothing's changed.
