Can’t register for my virgin media

No matter how many times I enter the details it won’t let me register. This is infuriating as I need to book a technician

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues registering for My Virgin Media. 

Do you get any specific error message at all? What happens when you try?

In regards to needing to book a technician, could you expand on what issue you are having so we can assist further?

It doesn’t give me an error message, it just clears the fields and I repeat the whole process all over again.

Re technician, I have the wrong mains box to connect the hun to. I need an technician to come and change this

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing cookies and cache?

Could you clarify what you mean? Did you opt for a quick start and there's no Virgin Media wall socket therefore you require a manned install?

No error message. It just clears the boxes and makes me start again.
