It doesn’t give me an error message, it just clears the fields and I repeat the whole process all over again.
Re technician, I have the wrong mains box to connect the hun to. I need an technician to come and change this

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing cookies and cache?
Could you clarify what you mean? Did you opt for a quick start and there's no Virgin Media wall socket therefore you require a manned install?
