Cannot login to my virgin media app. I need to access my bills. It was working on the app, but now it will not let me login. I have tried to reset my password and it says my email is not recognised. I tried the forgot email route and it says my details are not recognised even though I have copied them from an email from Virgin Media I.e account number, area code and my D.O.B.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue here on the forums.
I am sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account access, have you tried to login via the website rather than the app?
Please could you try to clear the apps cache or remove the app and re-add it, then try to log in again.
Also, if you could try to login via the website in incognito mode in your browser, to see if that makes any difference.
