Can’t log in or change password

Downloaded virgin apps and tried to log in but comes up username or password invalid and when changing password it comes up invalid even with apple suggestions

Sorry to hear you've been struggling with setting up a password for My Virgin Media. 

What is the exact reason you're given for the password not being allowed? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser and trying to set the password again?
