Can’t access virgin app

Hi I’m an existing customer with broadband but have just switched over to tv aswell. I have never signed into account at least not for years so have forgotten username and password. I also don’t have anything with account number on so am really struggling. Anyone out there that can help?? Thanks

How is your monthly bill sent to you each month? Email or Paper?
