I, like everyone else, am having problems with Virgin

What is the area code for LS297EX?

Does the fact that there are so many questions like this indicate that this is a fundamental flaw in Virgin Media set up?

Your billing area code should be on the contract you get when you join and then then on every bill or e-bill notification you get along with your account number.

They're both also on most other official letters that get sent out by Virgin Media.

So if you have one you normally should have the other.
