VM failed to reconnect after a broadband interruption since 8am was supposed to have been resolved by 15:00. I've spent over an hour unplugging and reconnecting the hub and finally through the app at approximately 16:15 it seems to have finally connected however the page is stuck in an infinite loop and not responding. Do I switch the app off?

I am happy to hear you have been able to get in to the app.
What issues are you having logging in to the community please? Is it a Username/password issue?

Thanks so much Natalie, it's only a pw issue at the moment on my browser to access the community. I guess I'll reset it to get through where it's not saved.
Will also have to contact support for the phone line as the handset I have doesn't give a dial tone but I'll have to get another telephone that I'm sure works first.
Also HomeWorks has just been added to my package but haven't worked out what it's for. Hopefully a speedier way to solve any problems in the future.
