I'm trying to log into the Virgin Media App using the email address they sent my bill to every month. It says it cant find me so I try to set up from scratch and it then says its found me would I like to rest my password. So I try to rest my password only for it then to say it cant find my email address.
Its driving me mad .... and sending my dizzy .... has anyone got any ideas?
