I had a new install which I cancelled. Account never went live etc. I have requested a new install bit the app is picking up the old account number but I can't seem to change it

Hi yes, I can access my account online and removed the app and started again no joy. The online say yet again my install is in Jan and yet the cable is not on my side of the street yet so I wanted to track the order via the app

Yes, when I log on via the web the new derails are there, but the app connects to the old account number that never went live

The online account will only show the date of activation once its been booked in
