Hi, I recently signed up for virgin media, during the process I was never asked to create an online account and after receiving an email to verify my order, it didn't have an account number or area code. I now can't sign up for an online account as a I don't have the account number or area code and I need to contact ...someone ... As I also received an email telling me my quick start package will arrive nearly a month after my chosen arrival date.
How do I get an account number and area code, will it just take time to be sent to me? And how should I resolve this long arrival time issue without one?
