I've been trying to log into my VM account and am now stuck in an infuriating feedback loop.
The account surname I enter is correct.
The account number I enter is also correct.
The area number entered is likewise correct
Trying to reset the password results in similar frustration, ie "To reset your password, simply enter the account holder's surname, account number and area number.."
Round and round and round we go...
Can somebody please help to get me off this carousel of exasperation?

Just sorted it misen but cannot for the life of me work out why I was allowed to reset my password when 4 hours ago, I could not.
