We have had an account with Virgin for 4 years and never had a need to contact them until now.

The trouble is we have lost all our log in details to our account, including access to the email address we signed up with.

We are trying to log into our account and think we have the account number but they are asking for a 2 digit area code, as we have no bills due to the lost email address.

I have tried using the message us service but there hasnt been a reply for 30 minutes so thought I would try here.

Does anyone know the area code for Gloucester UK, GL3
