Sorry if this is the wrong place to raise this question but I am confused, we renewed our contract with Virgin and upgraded TV package it included the phone as well and added another V6 box, it appears though not explained that Virgin have joined with O2, well I have received an email to advise of my mobile bill from 02, the amount is fine but the mobile number is not mine and there is no mention of my wife's mobile bill which was also with Virgin originally, I am worried that my wife's mobile will be cut off her bill was paid 6th Dec, so need to understand before another month goes by and my bill will be taken soon. Do we need to go to an 02 shop?
