Is anyone else having problems using the Virginplus website to make payments, update payment info, edit profile info, etc.? (I can't use the app right now - problem w my device.)
I wanted to use the virginplus website to make a payment, but cannot - with several problems.
For the link for My Payment Info, I get error 404. I need to update payment info before making a payment, so I'm stuck. I could go out to get a top up card, but really not convenient right now.
For profile info, I can edit some fields but not others. I think my first name was included in my profile info before, but now that field is blank. (??) I wanted to add it but cannot. Other fields allow edit but nothing else I wanted to change. Maybe this is normal. IDK. There were a couple more problems as well, but I'll leave it at that.
Seems odd when a business doesn't accept payment!
I didn't find anything in the forum or other sources about a problem with the website.
