sim activation

I received a new sim card which said it required activation and that all I needed to do to activate was put it in phone and use it. I have done this but yesterday received an email stating that I have not activated my sim card?

Can I ask if everything has been working for you okay since activating the sim? If so, the email may just be an automatically generated reminder.

yes, seems to be working fine. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't be cancelled. I was told it would be cancelled if I didn't activate it?

I'll pop you a PM now @Elmogm so I can take some details and get this checked on the system for piece of mind 🙂
