refund

I changed to Tesco mobile when I moved house and couldn't get Virgin mobile signal. I didnt cancel the direct debit and I need to claim a refund.

Who do I contact?

virgin mobile knew if the problem when I moved house in January.  After new simcards were tried we decided that the signal wasnt going to work and that the account is closed as I changed to Tesco mobile in March. I dont remember seeing a letter to confirm this but there should be recorded phone calls??

If they were still polling the DD, sounds like the account was NOT closed.  Might be worth starting there. Your issue is if you have no correspondence confirming the account was closed, its likely going to be difficult to get a refund.

The only way to speak to someone about a mobile account is to phone in on the normal number.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry you've had some issues with being charged after closing your account, I can appreciate you're keen to get to the bottom of things. 

As long as you gave your 30 days notice over the phone then we'll be able to have a look at refunding any extra payments.
