i have had this problem for 2 weeks. I can not read my recent usage on any of my accounts.
i get an error Oops.. blah blah.. so frustrating. how can i keep a check on my daghters accounts?
The last update I have had is there still working on this, I will see if I can find out any more than this today and get back to you.
someone else having the same issue as me.
Specifically that it works for an account with one phone, but doesn't work for accounts with 2 phones linked to it?

As of yet I still have no updates on the exact date of fix, however I have spoken to a few customers who are now able to use this service.
It may be worthwhile checking to see if anyone else can.
It seems some are working after their tariff refreshes, I am not due to refresh until the 1st of Jan!
I am unable to see my recent usage still.It last more than one month now. So disappointed
