"We’re sorry that you are unable to log in to Your Account at the moment."

Hi, I've recently been having this problem for the last couple days and it has not been solved, I login in then it says the following "We’re sorry that you are unable to log in to Your Account at the moment.". I have been unable to contact the number due to how busy it is and I don't know what to do. I have bough a monthly phone 3 days ago and nothing has changed. Please fix this so I can access my account. Thanks.

Edit: I can't receive my phone without getting onto my account, so this is also stopping me from getting my new phone.
