Hii

i need to talk to someone with regard to my bill.  i have just changed my contract but there appears to be 2 numbers on there that i am paying for.  one is my number and i dont know who the other number belongs to.  i cant find a phone number anywhere

Have you taken a Freestyle contract. One payment is for calls etc and the other for buying the phone?

As @enlli asked, have you taken a new freestyle contract out with us?

 

You can find more information about your billing on the link here. The information on the link will talk you through the different contract types that we have and will hopefully answer your query, if not please let us know and we can look into this further for you.
