I tried to log in to my mobile account online but I keep getting the error message that the email or password is wrong. I'm pretty sure it's not wrong but I clicked on the forgotten password link to reset my details. This page asks for my mobile phone number, surname and postcode, but when I enter them it says the information is wrong... I know my phone number and postcode and I haven't forgotten my name... but I can't get any further in resetting the account login details as VM contact us page is just a series of self help links with no option to contact them.
I just wanted to check if my phone was set up for use abroad as I recently found out I couldn't send a text to Switzerland from the UK and I'm going on holiday next week.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can reset my login details?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with accessing your mobile account
I'd like to take a look into this for you and get this sorted before you go to Switzerland.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
