new mobile upgrade contract

hi have just upgraded my mobile phone and was sent an email with a link to e sign the contract,when i click the link it takes me to the page where it has 2 boxes one for my new contract number to be put in and one underneath for the last 4 digits of my bank account number to be put but in this box via link that is already pre-filled and i cant seen to delete it to put in my own details so in affect cant sign the contract.have phoned customer services explaining the situation they sent me the contract again but the link is the same and they told me if i don't sign it by tomorrow it will be cancelled help ....here is the link provided so you can see my problem ....https://virginmedia.icehosted.com/VirginMedia/WebPortal/Main/ESignature/Login?token=3bf797e1-b014-4e...
