my mobile account

im unable to get information via my mobile account says they can't find me i am ready for a upgrade received text to say someone would contact me which they did yesterday when i gave them my post code they said they couldn't find me so i gave them my old one which is 2 years out of date lady said she nèeded to check something and would call me back shortly no phone call received. I've since tried to log on using both post codes and says can't find me wouldnt mind but i have full virgin services at home aďdress and no issue's with viewing them on line. Really don't make any sense as last mobile was delivered to my present address.
