I've ordered a new mobile on the 30th Dec and was told it be delivered 31st Dec by yodel but I have not received it yet and not had anything saying if its on its way I'm a new customer for virgin how do I find out or who to contact to what's going on thank you in advance hoping someone can help me please

Normally we would aim to send phones out ASAP however with the festive season just finished there could be some delays with that.
Once this is sent out you will get an email from us and Yodel with all the details on it. Thanks
