Hi Louise the same here. I have had my holiday spoilt over this and the run around from virgin who say its not them its iPhone and iPhone says they cannot unlock it as its virgin who has locked it. I have made a formal complaint to Ofcom about this restrictive practice. interestingly try and complain to virgin? Another run around. Good luck, I have spent 5 days on this and umpteen phone calls . oh and virgin is good at putting you on hold and not coming back.
