I have been trying to sign in to my account and it doesn't recognise me.ancelling my direct debit to get some answers. I have tried to re-register still doesn't recognise me. Rang virgin nothing matched any of their details. Does anyone know if there is an issue with the website as no matter what i do i can't get an answer although yesterday i received an email from them so i have most have the right details. The only thing i can think of doing is cancelling my direct debit to get some answers.

Hi wabby123, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account and cannot register. Can you confirm if this is happening on multiple browsers? We will be able to delete the Mobile account and all you would need to do is re-register. Chris
