cannot access my virgin mobile account

I have left Virgin "media" (TV & broadband package etc) but the family all still have virgin mobile phones and sim deals (not contracts...but I don't think that makes make any difference).

We can no longer log in to our accounts because our "blueyonder"  (Virgin) e-mail addresses are no longer valid to log in with. When we try to re-register instead, it asks for our Virgin mobile numbers. It then tells us that we cannot re-register because we are already registered and we must go to "log in" .

We are now stuck in a vicious circle where our phones are registered and so we cannot re register but we have invalid log-in addresses

Thank you for your post. 

I'm very sorry that you're having some trouble accessing your online Virgin Mobile account. 

As your previous Blueyonder email address is no longer valid, we will need to remove it from our system so that you can then re-register your online account with a different email address. 

So that I can assist you further please PM me with the following details:

  • Full name on account
  • Mobile number

To PM me, simply:

  • Click on my forum name on the left of this post.
  • Go to my profile.
  • On the right had side, select the 'send me a message' option.
