02 swap over failed

So this morning my phone started the switch over to 02, but im still waiting for it to actually finish, my phone says sim not provisioned for voice, and im on emergency calls only, i was told i could contact 02 for support, but they said they do not ...

O2 migration - New SIM required

Message when tried to make a call today - "Mobile Network Not Available". Contacted Support and finally established  that the  O2 upgrade is in progress and I need a new SIM. I was told this will take 3 - 5 days and until then I will have no service....

Account locked

When I try to log in from any device using my email and password, it just refreshes the login page. Looks like my account data might be corrupted on the backend?

I have 4 Virgin Phones on my account I received two e mails saying I had set up new direct debits with o2, I have not, received an e mail saying I have ordered a new sim, I have not, went onto my Virgin Mobile account and one phones details have gone...

Hi, is it possible to keep my Virgin Mobile sim card active but cancel my direct debit/monthly contract?
