accessing voicemails from abroad

How do I access my voicemails from abroad?  I don't have a pin so as I have been unable to enter the correct one to access my voicemails!  I am now locked out and to reset it I need to call customer services.  I can't find a number to call customer services on the website - only help Q&A's which are of no help!  This is so frustrating, I just want to access my voicemails!
